That’s pretty close to what happened in our office. We began using AI to summarize meeting notes, organize research, and prepare first drafts for internal documents. It didn’t take over the creative side of our jobs because every important idea still came from the team. In fact, having less routine work gave us more time for brainstorming sessions, and those meetings became much more productive. One designer even mentioned that AI helped her spend more time refining concepts instead of dealing with repetitive formatting tasks. We quickly realized that the best results came when people treated AI like an assistant rather than a replacement. It speeds up the simple tasks, but creativity, judgment, and final decisions still belong to humans, which is exactly how we prefer working.
