Crews finished part of the Omni Fiber work outside the property, but one section near the house still looks incomplete and the service appointment has not happened yet. I’m not sure whether that outside step is considered finished or if another crew is expected before installation. I’d describe the location, what equipment is already in place, and whether any marker or cable was left so support can tell me what stage the job is in.

Outside fiber work is hard to interpret when part of the equipment is already visible but the indoor appointment has not happened yet. I visit https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/omni-fiber/customer-service.html with the property address, location of the unfinished area, and a short note on what cable or marker is already in place. I’d also mention whether a crew gave any date for the next stage. Since service is not active yet, I’d keep the question about construction progress rather than connection performance. A few clear details about the worksite should make it easier to tell whether another outside visit is still expected.

    Your concern is our challenge20.12.2018 - 13:55

When ordering goods from a location that seems to be very far away, not to say „at the end of the world“, it most defenitely makes people think about questions Who? How? When? Why? etc.
