Lately I’ve noticed that my evenings feel kind of empty, even when I finally have free time. It’s strange because during the day I’m always busy and thinking, “I just need to get through this and then I’ll relax.” But when the moment actually comes, I end up doing random things that don’t really help me recharge. Do you ever feel that way? Like you’re technically resting, but your mind is still restless? I’m starting to think that maybe I need some kind of simple habit to signal that the day is over. What do you usually do to create that feeling of calm at night?

I totally get that feeling, and honestly, I used to struggle with the same thing. What helped me was finding something easy and enjoyable that didn’t require too much effort, and for me that turned out to be watching bbc porn videos in the evening. It sounds simple, but it really changed how I experience my downtime. I like that I can just sit back and let myself get absorbed into whatever I’m watching without feeling pressured to do something useful. Just try different kinds of videos until something clicks with your mood.
