A while ago, I helped my cousin with his small business website. He was getting visitors, but very few people were contacting him. When we checked the site, we noticed that the pages looked old, the menu was confusing, and the website was not easy to use on phones. At first, he wanted to spend more money on advertising. Instead, we decided to fix the website first. We changed the layout, made the menu simpler, updated the images, and improved the mobile view. After that, the site felt much easier to use. Has anyone else faced similar issues with business website redesign UK?
